Job Description
Qualifications and Competencies:
• DAE in Mechanical / Electrical.
• Troubleshooting of Engines, Alternators and Electronic Control Systems.
• Working knowledge of maintenance best practices and manufacturer’s recommendations.
• Supervisory experience of Engine overhaul.
• Operational understanding of Solar Power Systems.
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of Operation & Maintenance experience of Diesel Generating Sets, preferably in Oil & Gas, Process or Telecom Industry.
• Basic Working Experience of Solar Power Systems.
Responsibilities:
• Supervision of all work carried out under all maintenance activities as per approved maintenance check list at site.
• Preparation, issuance & compliance of Work orders received.
• Issuance of necessary spares, consumables and equipment from warehouse.
• Supervision of work carried out at local workshop in connection with machining, fabrication etc.
• Review the requirement of Diesel for DG Sets and report for timely procurement and transportation of Diesel to respective Station/Terminal or MW Sites.
• Arrangement of cash for payment of WAPDA bills & ensure payment.
