A large-scale organization operating in Rawalpindi intends to hire Head of HR & Administration Department.
The incumbent will provide oversight and guidance to the development and monitoring of processes related to recruitment and retention, compliance, compensation. benefits, training and development; as well as oversee administrative and security functions and will provide strategic advice on related matters to the CEO.

The applicant must have strategic HR and Admin planning skills, in- depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal & problem-solving skills, proficient in multi-tasking and goal oriented; ability to act with integrity & confidentiality and capable to maintain relationships at all levels in the organization.

The candidate should have a Master’s degree preferably MBA with major in HRM from HEC recognized universities; additional qualification w will be an advantage. The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of HR & Admin experience in medium to large- scale organizations and not be more than 50 years of age.
