Education and Experience
- MBA in HR/Management
- Minimum 10 years’ experience. Retired arm forces candidate shall be preferred.
- Age not more than 50 years.
Required Skills and knowledge
- Sound knowledge of HR practices in hiring of staff and monitor their development and performance.
- Management of Payroll.
- HR Operations Management, HR audit, development of HR policies and procedures, compliance and audit management, team building and negotiation and conflict management.
- Sound Knowledge of general administrative affairs, labour laws, management of security/transport/Housekeeping etc.
- Formulation of SOP’s , and implementation
