THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD BE:
- A retired Army Officer Lieutenant colonel Rank or above Fighting Arms (age up to 50 years)
- A dynamic personality with good communication & leadership skills
- Able to control multiple administrative tasks at project site effectively
