Selection Criteria
Qualification & Experience: MPA / MBA / MHRM with minimum 5 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work with line managers to implement HR procedures in all section within the assigned region.
• Support the line managers, where appropriate, in conducting regular performance appraisals and exit interviews for all staff.
• Supervise HR Officers for effective functioning of HR System at various locations in the region.
• Prepares and submit reports regarding manpower and recruitment for the region.
• Reviews and oversees the processing of payroll, employee benefits and personnel administration documentation.
• Identify the training and development needs of staff and, where appropriate, provide tailored training and support.
• Responds to inquiries and resolves problems related to HR and serves as liaison with other departments in the resolution of operational issues.
• Ensure employee Leave records are maintained on regular and accurate manner.
• Assist the Senior Manager in assessing staffing requirements and prepare job profiles.
• Act as main contact person for the department in responding employment inquiries; accept applications, maintenance of recruitment files etc.
