JOB VACANCY
Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company established under section 42 of companies’ act 2017, functioning in Punjab Sindh & KPK to improve the lives of working equine animals (Horse, Donkey & Mule). We are looking for suitable candidates to fill the vacant position of SOCIAL MOBILIZERS at Sialkot and Narowal Districts.
Qualification Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
- 1-2 years proven experience of mobilizing communities in the field. Preferably the candidates should be local resident of above mentioned districts.
- Proven ability to inspire and influence community people to bring positive behaviour change.
- Build rapport with the communities, well conversant with participatory methods to identify community needs, root causes of different issues.
- Identify opportunities and provide support to men and women in equine owning using communities for improved welfare of working equine
