BMS ENGINEER:
Req’d Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Hons) in Mechanical / Mechatronics
Req’d Experience: 3-5 Years, Relevant Position Applied Min 2 Years.
Req’d Experience & Skills: The candidate must be having – Relevant hands – on working experience in the Execution and Commissioning of BMS Projects including the development of Control Logic and Graphic User interfaces. Having a working knowledge of HVAC Controls and industry communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, etc. would be a plus. DDC control panel wiring termination / connectivity. BMS equipment functionality test. Field device termination and testing. DDC Programming/commissioning and testing. Field devise loop and functional check and testing. The sequence of Operation & Functionality Verification. Must have knowledge of communication protocol for DDC Controller and filed devices. Troubleshoots BMS System faults and develops repair solutions. Adjusts BMS settings and parameters based on occupant needs. Automation Specialist. Budget, costing and Invoice processing knowledge required. Project Commissioning, Development of Drawings, Layouts, etc. Client / Contractor Coordination. Project Documentation & Management. Certification & Trainings: Academic, Training, and Experience certificates are mandatory.
ASSISTANT BMS ENGINEER:
Req’d Qualification: B.Tech / DAE Electrical / Electronics / Control & Instrumentation
Req’d Experience: 3 ~ 5 Years, Relevant Position Applied Min 2 Years
Req’d Experience & Skills: The candidate must be having – Relevant hands – on working experience in DOC control panel wiring termination/connectivity. Having a working knowledge of HVAC Controls and industry communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, etc. would be a plus. To operate and maintain the BMS & Fire Alarm System for proper function. Perform routine checks to ensure optimal functioning of the BMS System. Monitor and verify the operation of all BMS field devices. Records maintenance data and generates reports as needed. Must have knowledge of communication protocol for DDC Controller and filed devices. Team player, good communication and coordination.
