ENGINEERING MANAGER
The applicant should preferably be at least a Graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, 40 to 50 years of age and with at least 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar function. He will head Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics and Utilities sections of the organization. He will be expected to develop and execute Preventive Maintenance Plan of all key equipment, plan for and execute Capital Investment Projects, agree/monitor and develop plan for improvement in Engineering Department KPIs. He must have good interpersonal. writing/communication skills and be able to train reporting staff.
UTILITIES MANAGER
The applicant should preferably be a Graduate Mechanical/Electrical Engineer, 30 to 35 years of age and with 5 to 7 years of Utilities Operations (Steam, Plant/Instrument Air, Water, Air Conditioning) and Maintenance. He will be responsible for smooth operations of all utilities ensuring no main plant/process outage and Utilities maintenance with in agreed time and cost budgets.
