IBA Karachi invites applications for the position of Head of Marketing & Communications from dynamic individuals who will be responsible for creating and implementing the IBA, Karachi’s marketing and communications strategies in accordance with the Institute’s ambitious and exciting strategy and business objectives.
Educational Qualification
Master’s Degree from an HEC recognized university, preferably in Marketing & Communications, and/or Media Sciences.
Experience
At least 10 years of relevant work experience along with 4 years leading a Marketing & Communication function in a reputable organization.
CompetenciesÂ
- Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing & communications campaigns.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with social media management and digital marketing
