Management of IBA Karachi. Director Human Resources is responsible to lead, shape and execute following
Human Resources activities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Organizational Planning & Development
- Perfomance Management
- Human Resources Branding
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s in Human Resource Management or an equivalent degree from a reputable HEC recognized
university. Valid international certification in HR will be an added advantage. - 10 – 12 years of progressive experience in Human Resources 4 – 5 years of experience in a leading HR role preferably in Higher Education Institute/University demonstrating academic HR management.
