COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Qualification: L.L. B/ ACMA/MBA
Experience: 1-2-year experience in compliance of NBFC
Age Limit: 25-35 Years
Responsibilities:
1 – SCRS and other periodic reporting (including AML) with SECP NBFC Wing
2 – statutory filing with Companies Registrar Office of SECP
3 – liaison with CDC, PSX, NCCPL and other statutory bodies
4 – proficient in excel, words and power point presentation
SHARE REGISTRAR
Qualification: L.L.B/ ACMA/ACCA/MBA
Experience: At least 05 years of experience of share
Age Limit: Under 40 Years

Responsibilities:
1 – transfer of shares (and securities), maintenance of share (and other securities register, issuance of dividend warrants, handling of bonus shares, right issues,
2- proficient in excel, related ERP system,
3-Know-how of the Process Split / Consolidation / Renewal of certificates
4 – preparation of reports related to the securities and Security holders for filling with Issuers / Regulators.
5 – compliance of legal obligations as Share Registrar / Transfer Agent junior Management Position : L.L.B/ ACMA/ACCA/MBA
ASSISTANT MANAGER
Qualification: ACMA / ACCA/ MBA
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in of accounting in ERP
Age Limit: Under 28 Years
(preferably Oracle Financials) environment
Responsibilities:
1 – general Ledger Accounting
2 – preparation of Budgets and Budgetary Controls.
3 – dealing with Banks/Financial institutions
4 – exercise of Internal Accounting Controls
