NES HIRING OF COMPANY PAK SECRETARY FOR NESPAKÂ
National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), a leading International Engineering Consultancy, requires the services of the following on contract basis:
COMPANY SECRETARY: The candidate must be a member of a recognized body of professional accountants, corporate or chartered secretaries or being a Law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission with at least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that Board procedures are followed, and all applicable laws, rules and regulations and other relevant statements of best practice are complied with. The candidate will be responsible for liaison with the ministries, assembling meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions etc.) and providing support to committees constituted by the Board of Directors. The candidates with experience in Consultancy firms will be preferred. The maximum age limit for this position is 45 years.
