A reputed Oil Refinery is looking for talented, experienced and self-motivated individual for the following position:
HEAD OF INTERNAL AUDIT
QUALIFICATION:
The candidate preferably be a qualified Chartered Accountant or a member of recognized body of professional accountants or a certified internal auditor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY:Â
- Lead the internal audit division and develop and supervise implementation of an Audit Strategy in accordance with Internal audit Standards and best practices.
- Ability to undertake and deliver a comprehensive range of auditing services, including financial, system and operational audits and comprehensive review to identify problems and risk exposures.
- Develop and implement a detailed audit plan.
- Regular reporting to management and the audit committee on audits undertaken.
- Oversee compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Reporting as to the effectiveness of such systems to ensure appropriateness of company’s work and preservation of company’s assets.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 10 years’ audit experience in a reputable audit firm.
- 05 years post qualification experience in senior audit/ finance position of a reputable organization.

- Not exceeding 45 years.
