We are seeking dedicated and skilled Pumps & Valves Senior Technicians to lead the charge in establishing and implementing a cutting-edge Predictive/Preventive Maintenance Program for our Oil Terminal’s critical Rotating Equipment, Pumps, and Valves.
As a Pumps & Valves Senior Technician, you will be at the forefront of our maintaining team to ensure mechanical integrity of pumps, rotating equipment, and valves, and enhancing our terminal’s performance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive Predictive/Preventive Maintenance Program for major Pumps, Rotating Equipment, and Valves, aligning with O&M directives and industry standards.
- Conducting routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure the longevity and performance of critical assets.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to predict potential failures and address them proactively.
- Mentoring and training junior technicians to elevate their skills and knowledge in the field.
- Demonstrate best safety practices.
What We Require:Â
- Proven experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of Pumps, Rotating Equipment, and Valves within an industrial setting.
- Expertise in implementing Predictive/Preventive Maintenance strategies to enhance equipment availability and plant preservation.
- In-depth understanding of industry regulations, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions for asset maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse Teams
- Candidate should be able to communicate in English (Written & verbal).
