ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a distinguished family-owned business having a legacy spanning over five decades with a diversified portfolio and strategic investments across multiple industries. Currently, they are seeking an experienced and visionary Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who possesses a deep understanding of the characteristics specific to family-owned businesses. The position is based in Karachi, Pakistan.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Develop and execute the Company’s long-term strategic plan in alignment with the vision and goals of the Board of Directors.
- Lead an executive team overseeing a diverse range of business sectors, ensuring cohesive collaboration, synergies, shared success, and economies of scale.
- Monitor and optimize the financial performance of each subsidiary, ensuring alignment with broader business strategy.
- Uphold the highest standards of corporate governance, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIAÂ
- At least 20 years of experience with preferably 10 years of executive leadership experience in diverse industries, including experience with family-owned businesses.
- Postgraduate, preferably MBA from a renowned institution.
