Our client is a leading financial institution engaged in the business of Foreign Exchange with a network of over 20 branches in various business center/cities across the country. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Managing Director/CEO to spearhead the company’s operation and provide leadership to the team to meet its goals and objectives.
The position reports to the Board of Directors and has overall responsibility to develop and implement short and long term strategies in line with the vision and mission of the company, ensure financial viability, monitor competition and take measures to increase market share, ensure compliance to applicable laws and regulatory matters.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum Master’s degree from HEC recognized Institute/university or equivalent. He/she should be up to 57 years of age with a minimum 15 years of relevant experience, out of which 3 years should be in the senior management position in currency Exchange or related banking business.
The selected candidate will be offered a three (3) year contract (renewable) with market based salary package commensurate with the experience and qualification.
