Olympia Chemicals Limited requires the services of self-motivated and result oriented individuals for the following positions at their plant Warcha, District Khushab (Punjab).
Manager Mechanical Maintenance
M.S<./B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering) from a recognized university with 15-18 years relevant experience out of which at least 5 years should be as maintenance Head level of large petrochemical/Chemical industry. He must be able to analyze root causes of operational abnormalities / breakdowns to monitor and control the repetition of the same. He must be familiar with Cost and Benefit Analysis approach to run the mechanical equipment smoothly and economically. He will be responsible for successful execution of maintenance tasks during plant operations and shutdowns. Be well versed with plant preventive & predictive maintenance. The candidate should have strong leadership and analytical skills. The incumbent should be highly innovative, motivated, out of the box thinking and keep himself abreast of the changes in the field of Mechanical Engineering. The candidate should be well planner for annual shutdown activities. He must have experience to keep constant track of inspections of all related spare parts in addition to understanding of critical spares and stocks. Knowledge of OMS and maintenance job related software’s will be preferred. Age 38-45 year.
Deputy Manager Mechanical Maintenance
B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with 13-15 years relevant experience, at least 8 years maintenance experience in large petrochemical/Chemical plant. The candidate should have strong leadership skills. He will be responsible for successful execution of mechanical maintenance tasks during plant operations and shutdowns. Be well versed with plant preventive, predictive maintenance and condition monitoring software. The incumbent should be highly innovative and motivated. Be able to work on job related computer software’s independently and have knowledge of Quality Management System. Preference will be given to candidates having experience of computerized maintenance system. Age 35-40 year.
