One of Pakistan’s largest multi-disciplinary consulting firm is seeking qualified and skilled candidates for its dynamic Business Development Team based in Lahore and Karachi. The successful candidates would possess strong content writing and critical thinking skills, with prior experience in proposal or grant writing for IFIs, DFIs, or Government organizations. Sr. Executive/ Executive (Proposals)
(Lahore, Karachi) = 2 positions
Candidate Specification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Social Development, Marketing, Management, Business Administration, English, Communication, or related field. 5+ Years of experience writing technical proposals and grant applications Preference will be given to those applicants who have experience in writing proposals for WB, ADB, and other funding agency projects. Prior working experience with international companies is an added advantage.
Required Skills:
Strong technical and content writing skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced skills in MS office.
The Role:
The Senior Executive/ Executive would lead proposal development under the oversight of the Head (Proposals). Primary responsibilities would include origination, aggregation, and refinement of content for multi-disciplinary osals, utilizing critical thinking, and professional writing skills, In consuming response to RFPs with a focus on engineering, regulatory and socio-economic development. The role will also entail coordination with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling and successful value propositions for our clients.
