- MBA (HR)/MHRM from an HEC – recognized reputable university.
- HR Certifications such as CHRP/SHRM – CP/SCP will be an added advantage.
- Good Interpersonal, Management, Analytical, Decision making & Leadership Skills.
- Strong Written, Presentation and people management Skills.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite and fair understanding/ experience of Oracle ERP.
- Minimum 15 Years of experience in Corporate/ Manufacturing sector, with at least 7 years in Managerial Role.
Deputy Manager – Administration Job Code (DM-019)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors/Masters in Management/Administrative Sciences.
- Minimum 06 Years relevant experience.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office
- Able to handle Gate operations, Company Transport, Vehicle Maintenance, along with other usual duties of Administration Department.
