- Applications along with CV clearly mentioning the post applied for and attested copies of academic qualifications, experience certificates, domicile certificate, CNIC and recent passport size photograph, should be sent through reliable courier service to Directorate General Health Services, warsak road Peshawar within fifteen (15) days after publication of this advertisement. Original documents are required to be presented at the time of interview.
- Incomplete information and applications submitted in person / by hand or received after due date will not be entertained. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
- Government employees should apply through proper channel and should submit NOC from their concerned department/organization at the time of joining ( if selected).
