A leading General Insurance Company with Window Takaful Operations is seeking to hire the following Senior Management Team Members. The details of requirements of qualifications and experience are given below:

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) 

Incumbent must be dynamic and goal oriented leader, who understands environmental and technological advancement, as CEO responsible for the overall affairs of the company. The successful candidate must be equipped to influence a great corporate culture, provide inspired leadership company-wide, make high-level decisions and achieve result oriented targets. The position will report to the Board of Directors and the appointment will be on a contract basis for an initial period of three years subject to the extension based on a performance review by the Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, improve and oversee implementation of initiatives at every level of the Company that aligns with the strategic plan and policies.
  • Build strategic alliances and partnership with relevant reputed organizations.
  • Act as key and primary spokesperson for the Company.
  • Develop the Company’s culture and overall company vision.
  • Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive morale.
  • Oversee the day-to-day corporate affairs of the Company.
  • Work closely with Human Resources Department to ensure the Company is able to hire, motivate and retain highly skilled resource.

Education, Skills And Experience: 

  • Academic qualification of Bachelors or equivalent in Insurance/Risk Management/Actuarial Sciences/ Management/Business Administration/Commerce/Finance recognized by HEC or be an ACII or FCII and or be a fellow of the Institute/Society of Actuaries or equivalent qualification as recognized by the Pakistan Society of Actuaries.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional working experience out of which minimum 5 years as “Key Officer” in the General Insurance/Takaful industry
  • Excellent leadership, team building, analytical strategic thinking, decision making, communication & inter-personal skills with out-of-box-orientation.
