JOB DETAILS:
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate with at least 7 years of experience.
Age:
Should not exceed 35 years
Responsibilities:
  • To answer / route telephone calls and provide information/assistance to the caller.
  • To take phone or visitor messages and timely deliver to appropriate individual.
  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
  • Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
  • Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.
  • To maintain schedule for meetings, internal/external appointments and travelling and coordinate accordingly with relevant department and individuals.
  • Relay the directives of management, instructions and assignment to executives.
  • To maintain confidential record efficiently.
