The incumbent must have the required technical/professional knowledge and management capabilities to ensure that all products manufactured within the organization are in accordance with required quality standards of the customers. He must also possess complete knowledge of ISO Standards & Procedures & be capable of assuming the position of Quality Management Representative (QMR)
The incumbent will be responsible for proper coordination & communication with the production & marketing departments within the organization and for representing the Quality Assurance Department of the company outside the organization.
The candidate must have:Â
- Minimum a B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from NED University.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines. He should also possess strong analytical and problem solving skills & should be a good team leader.
- Not more than 45 years of age.
