Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s from a reputable university

Experience:

  • 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience

Job Responsibility:

  • Training of merchants for POS usage.
  • Downloading/installing and trouble-shooting POS terminals.
  • Maintaining POS terminals and rolling inventory for the area, visiting the merchant at-least once a month.
  • Inspecting POS terminal, for any tempering or mishandling, while delivering the POS rolls.
  • Updating inventory status.
  • Resolving reconciliation issues which merchant face.
  • Assisting merchants in resolving the disputes and chargebacks.
  • Reviewing activity of merchants, and maintaining the productivity of merchants.
  • Deploying POS terminals, providing printing rolls and providing service support to merchants in the allocated area.
  • Coordinating with the merchants for new alliances and joint ventures.
