Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s from a reputable university

Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
|

Job Responsibility:
- Training of merchants for POS usage.
- Downloading/installing and trouble-shooting POS terminals.
- Maintaining POS terminals and rolling inventory for the area, visiting the merchant at-least once a month.
- Inspecting POS terminal, for any tempering or mishandling, while delivering the POS rolls.
- Updating inventory status.
- Resolving reconciliation issues which merchant face.
- Assisting merchants in resolving the disputes and chargebacks.
- Reviewing activity of merchants, and maintaining the productivity of merchants.
- Deploying POS terminals, providing printing rolls and providing service support to merchants in the allocated area.
- Coordinating with the merchants for new alliances and joint ventures.
