Post: District & Sessions Judge (BPS-21)
Gender: Both male and female are eligible.
Local/Domicile: Balochistan
I.One (01) post for Advocates;
II. Two (02) posts for the person(s) holding Judicial Office and Law Officer(s).
Qualification and Experience: Law Graduate from a University recognized by the Higher Education Commission, and he/she should have practiced as an Advocate for at least ten (10) years; OR he/she is holding a Judicial Office or is a Law Officer in BPS-20 for more than five (05) years. Judicial Office means: the office held by any Judicial Officer in Balochistan District Judiciary; Law Officer means: a person serving on a regular post as full time Assistant, Deputy or District Attorney; or Prosecutor; or in any department authorized to conduct full time prosecution on behalf of the Government; or an employee of the Superior Court. Age: Between 30 to 45 years.
