JOBS OPPORTUNITIES 

Cook-USEA Lahore: 

Working with the kitchen team in all aspects of food production, assisting with engineering menus and recipes, and meeting safety/health standards. Accommodates production orders for food allergies and other dietary concerns.

• Prepare and execute the menu during service and catering events.
• Set up the workstation(s) for food service. Works at the cold stations and/or a hot station, including operating a grill, oven, or fryer.
• Follow recipes in AX Dynamics to ensure accurate cost of goods.
• Reports maintenance and repair issues and assists with monthly inventory.
• Qualification and Experience: 12 years of education and five years of relevant experience OR 10 years of education with two years of additional relevant experience. Knowledge of Pakistani, Continental cuisine and Bakery menu is mandatory.
