1. Hotel Supervisor – USEA Karachi: 

Responsibilities: 

• The Hotel Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the temporary duty (TOY) employee hotel at the United States Consulate in Karachi, from bookings and guest relations to managing and training housekeeping staff and supervising front desk duties.
• Works closely with the Operations Manager in Karachi and Hotel Manager in Islamabad on all operations, finances, troubleshooting. inventory, purchasing, and IT tasks
• Oversees daily operations, including accurate reservation records (for individuals and groups/VIP delegations) in close coordination with the Consulate’s concerned department.
• Checks arrival and departure reports; follows up with finance department in Islamabad regarding financial matters.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum seven years of relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with master’s degree and experience in Microsoft AX Dynamics.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of local languages.
