Ziauddin University is seeking an experienced Principal for its institutions;

  • Ziauddin Medical College
  • College of Dentistry

to provide quality education, research and training to medical and dental students and healthcare professionals, respectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for the college.
  • Foster a culture of academic discipline, research & innovation.
  • Suggest directions to achieve mission and objectives of the college.
  • Prepare & manage financial budgets & resources effectively.
  • Plan & conduct visits by relevant delegations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong bond with faculty, students, alumni & donors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Qualification and experience as a Professor in the Medical/Dental Institutes as per requirements of PM&DC. Preference will be given to candidates with PhD/M.Ed degrees.
  • Strong knowledge of latest teaching methodologies and regulations of the PMDC, HEC & CPSP and other health regulatory bodies.
  • Can smoothly lead and manage faculty & administrative staff.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders.
