REQUIRED GENERAL MANAGER (INTERNAL AUDIT)

Our client, a leading and well reputed company listed on Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), involved in the production of high quality paper products, is soliciting interest from experienced and dynamic professionals for the following senior management positions based in Karachi.

GENERAL MANAGER (INTERNAL AUDIT) 

Position Based in : Karachi – Pakistan

Gender : Either

Age : Maximum 45 years

Professional Experience : Minimum 15 years of professional experience of which 5 years should be at a senior management position in the Audit Department of a comparable organization

The General Manager (Internal Audit) will be heading the Internal Audit function of the Company with the primary responsibility for the entire planning, supervision and performance of audit/risk assignments, including financial audits, IT audits, internal controls reviews, operational and performance audits, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, compliance with Company policies and procedures, fraud investigations and all other matters under the terms of reference of the audit function as well as the tasks assigned by the Audit Committee from time to time.

GENERAL MANAGER (ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT & TRANSFORMATION) 

Position Based in : Karachi – Pakistan

Gender : Either (Preferably Female)

Age : Not more than 40 years (Preferably)

Qualification : Minimum 8-10 years of progressive organizational transformation and development or human resources professional work experience with a leading organization with 3-5 years in a senior position

The position will develop the organization’s Human Resource Transformation Road Map and operationalize the strategies, plans and policies to deliver it. It will lead and align organizational culture, compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and all aspects related to the organizational development & transformation roadmap working closely with the Chief Executive. This position will partner with team and functional leads to ensure collaboration, synthesize data and ideas, and translate them into action. The position will be responsible for the development and implementation of key projects and programmes which contribute to the continued growth, evolution and cultural transformation of the organization. The position will first seek to understand business needs and then quickly build highly productive and impactful solutions.
