Company Secretary
Our client, Government Holdings (Private) Limited (GHPL) is a non-operator and third largest public sector Oil and Gas exploration and production Company mandated by the Government of Pakistan with a role in meeting the growing energy requirement of the country. The Company is seeking to induct a dynamic and self-motivated professional for the post of company Secretary.
Qualification;
Member of a recognized body of Professional Accountants; or member of a recognized body of Corporate or Chartered Secretaries; or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Commerce or Law graduate from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission.
Experience:
Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry.
Age Limit:
Maximum 50 years on closing date of applications.

- The selected candidate will be offered three (03) years contract (extendable based on performance) with a market-based compensation package as per Company policy. The position is based in Islamabad.
