SITUATION VACANT 

Applications are invited from the Pakistani National for the following post purely on contract basis, for an attached department of the Ministry in Islamabad.

Director General (BS-20)

Qualification Experience

i. M.Phil in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/Public Administration from a University recognized by HEC.

ii. 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Development in Workers Training/ Workers Welfare in nationally recognized institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent;

OR 

i.Ph.D in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/Public Administration from a University recognized by HBC.

ii. 13 Years’ experience in Human Resource Development or Workers Training/ Workers Welfare in nationally recognized Institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent;

OR 

i. Second Class or Grade “C” Master’s degree in Economics/Sociology/Business Administration/ Public Administration from University recognized by HEC.

ii. 17 years’ experience in Human Resource Development or Workers Training/ Workers Welfare in nationally Recognized Institutions in BS-17 and above or equivalent

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The above job is being offered on a contract basis for the period of 2 years or till the appointment of regular incumbent (whichever comes earlier) and shall hold no rights for regularization at any stage.

2. At the time of interview the candidates will have to provide original certificates/documents.

3. Only short-listed candidates shall be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.

4. The Ministry reserves the right to hold/cancel the recruitment process at any stage without any intimation/notice
