Job Summary |
|
This position is responsible to lead develop strategize and conduct functional trainings pertaining to marketing and sales with the objective to enhance employee efficiency and competency develop potential and to cover the organizations current and future needs as defined within Company policy DNA and Managements directions This position is responsible for developing updating and assessing SOPs with the aim to minimize organizational risks and that processes continue uninterrupted and operations are performed consistently within organization. This position is responsible for leading and strategizing interaction with the government on fertilizer affairs and fertilizer subsidy roll out and compliance within the organization |

Key Responsibilities |
|
SOPs and ERM Strategize assess and update SOPs within ERM Enterprise Risk Management frame work to mitigate and minimize organizational risks Develop and update Marketing SOPs and incorporate any changes made in procedures, systems and documentation to address and mitigate risks identified by ERM working closely with Internal Audit Developing Team Capability Drive and execute training programs in collaboration with HR to enhance skillset of employees and ensure career paths planning Roll out Training programs based on Individual Development Program as per DNA. Create and implement development initiatives plans and update as required to meet challenging market requirements Product Stewardship and IFA Lead compliance to IFA standards in order to maintain IFA P and S score above or at excellence level Liaison with internal and external stakeholders Collaborate with Government and represent FG for fertilizer industry affairs specially on fertilizer subsidy mechanism and roll out within the organization Strategic Business and Development initiatives Direct team to undertake digital initiatives in order to bring efficiencies in business operations Analyze and evaluate business processes for digital transformation with the promise of enhanced data collection data driven customer insights and with the aim of encouraging digital culture with improved collaboration among all stakeholders HSE 100 Percent compliance with HSE standards Pricing Implementation and Planning of Pricing policy and practices |
