Eligibility:

Minimum Bachelor’s (Master’s preferred) from a reputable university

Experience:

2 years of experience in Customer Relationship role or Fresh graduates from a reputable university with high academic records

Job Responsibility:

  • To ensure that the service offered to the customers is reflective of the Bank’s standards
  • To achieve the agreed service target as given by the Branch Manager and Premium Relationship Manager
  • To develop a potential customer data base for new business development
  • To maintain a list of complaints of premium banking customers and follow-up/ coordinate its resolution with concerns
  • To offer exceptional service to all customers at all times and a satisfactory resolution to all queries

  • Strong empathy and listening skills
  • Basic interpersonal and marketing skills
