Selection Criteria
Qualification & Experience: MBA / MPA HR / MHRM or 16 years of education in relevant field with 1 year experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain personal record of employment and personal files of employees.
• Coordinate Assistant Manager HR and Senior HR Officer to conduct interview and call candidate for to appear in interview.
• Conducting performance appraisal of emp and maintain its record.
• Manage employees discharge cases.
• Manage / update manpower state of employees.
• Manage employees posting and adjustment.
• Prepare nominal roll for up-gradation and remustrations of employees.
• Check and make sure action on incoming / outgoing mail.
