1. E & I TECHNICIAN
Job Summary: Specialized in inspection, maintenance & troubleshooting of electrical power generation and distribution systems. Expert in maintenance and troubleshooting of PLC, DCS and control system including integrated equipment. Hands on experience of analyzers, flow computers, F&G detectors, transmitters, control valves, solenoid valves being utilized in Oil & gas industry. Maintenance and troubleshooting experience of Gas Compressor. Hands on instrumentation and control system maintenance/troubleshooting pertaining to WAUKESHA (275GL, H24SE, L7044GSI ESM 1 & 2 Engines and KBT/ JGJ2 Compressors. Perform facility startup, checkout and commissioning of integrated hardware and software systems. Hands on experience regarding installation/troubleshooting of industrial HMIs, PLCs and associated control system Communication System/ protocols (wired & wireless), integrated softwares, Allen Bradley, Rockwell, Rs Logix, factory Talk View etc. Maintain equipment history records, manuals, checklists of relevant equipment as per procedures. Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required instrument maintenance or replacement activities. Ensure prior approval from Site Engineer before change of operational parameters, design conditions/parameter in all cases as per company procedure. Ensures compliance with National Electrical Code and other applicable laws, codes or regulations. Hands on instrumentation maintenan
maintenance/troubleshooting pertaining to Gas and Diesel Gensets. Prepare reports on work activities and logging of operational parameters when required. Knowledge of electrical generation and distribution
system and troubleshooting. Hands on instrumentation maintenance/troubleshooting pertaining to AJAX 2801 gas compressors. Conduct daily tool box talk and give necessary instructions to E&I team related to activities planned ensuring. safety at the same time. Conduct necessary trainings of juniors regarding the prevalent procedures and ensure that sub-ordinance develop necessary technical capabilities. Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required instrument maintenance or replacement activities. Responsible for all associated documentation, including but not limited to operating procedures, preventive maintenance checklists & spare parts listing etc. Able to handle and maintain information related to inventory for timely availability at site. Responsible for compliance to
irance of PTW system and other MPCL standard HSE practices to ensure the safe execution of all maintenance jobs with an assurance HSE practices. Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel and maintenance modules of SAP.
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
- B-Tech/DAE (Electrical/Electronics) as as a full time student from an HEC recognized Institute/Board. Must have minimum 06- 10 years Post Qualification related and hands on experience in a reputable industry of Electrical and Instrumentation setups along with 0&M of Gas Compressors, Power Generators, Transmitters, PLC System, Flow Computers, GC, Gas Analyzers and SAP.
