Eligibility:
Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized university
Experience:
1 year of relevant working experience
Job Responsibility:
- Maintain regulatory returns/MIS
- Monitor/vigilance of financial transactions
- Detect and Prevent frauds
- Coordinate with inter and intra Bank to resolve general queries
- Communicate with external entities
- Manage complaints and handle disputes as per TATs
- Should be willing to work independently and in shifts
- Perform any other tasks assigned
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficient in MS Office, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Fraud Monitoring Systems, trends and industry best practices
