SECP, the apex regulator of capital market and corporate sector of Pakistan requires the services of qualified, result oriented, energetic and enthusiastic professional having impeccable integrity and exceptional analytical skills for its Prosecution and Legal Affairs Division the following position on regular basis:

Qualification
LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC recognized University and must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court.
Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Bar at Law course after LL.B. or has obtained LL.M. degree.
Experience CriteriaÂ
Applicants must have at least 07 years’ experience as advocate High Court, preferably in province of Sindh and proven experience in independently handling corporate & criminal prosecution (white collar crime) and advisory
NOTE: Detail of reported & decided cases (25 minimum), record of trial & High Court cases as an Independent Council or Public Prosecutor and related post (s) held should be clearly provided in the proforma given in TORS.
Age
Maximum age should not exceed 45 years on the last date of submission of application.
