Additional Joint Director (01) 

Qualification

LL.B. or LL.M. from a reputed HEC recognized University and must be enrolled as an advocate of the High Court.

Preference will be given to candidates who have completed Bar at Law course after LL.B. or has obtained LL.M. degree.

Experience Criteria 

Applicants must have at least 07 years’ experience as advocate High Court, preferably in province of Sindh and proven experience in independently handling corporate & criminal prosecution (white collar crime) and advisory

NOTE: Detail of reported & decided cases (25 minimum), record of trial & High Court cases as an Independent Council or Public Prosecutor and related post (s) held should be clearly provided in the proforma given in TORS.

Age

Maximum age should not exceed 45 years on the last date of submission of application.

Experience

At least fifteen (15) years of post-qualification experience in related field out of which at least 5 years should be as project manager or deputy project manager in government or reputable private organizations.
