JOB OPPORTUNITY 

Brooke Pakistan is a non-profit public limited (by guarantee) company functioning in Punjab, Sindh & KPK to improve the lives of working equine animals (Horse, Donkey & Mule). Applications are invited from the suitable candidates for the vacant post of REGIONAL MANAGER Lahore.

Purpose of Role: 

Incumbent will be responsible to plan and conduct activities of Lahore Region by providing related emergency /routine services to working animals (horse, donkey and mule) through Brooke trained animal health practitioners (AHPs). Capacity build equine animal owners in preventative care, human behavior change one health and welfare.

Qualification & Experience: 

Hold bachelor degree in development management studies, medicine and/or related subject from a recognized university is essential. Minimum 8 years of work experience in a development sector organization is desirable. The candidate should have excellent computer skills, especially excel and working knowledge of advocacy, project cycle management, finance and accounting

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement equine welfare and community development activities to change human behavior to improve equine welfare.
  • Provide direction and expertise for the smooth functioning of Brooke mobile teams.
  • Develop strategies to support community development work and guide team leaders to implement the community based animal welfare programme.
  • Develop partnerships with likeminded organizations and conduct local level advocacy to further equine welfare work
