EHS ENGINEERS/OFFICERS 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Diploma / B.Tech Civil / Electrical/Mechanical/ EHS Candidate should be qualified with NEBOSH/IOSH.

EXPERIENCE:

3 to 8 years of Exp. in Safety in Construction of Power Projects.

OBJECTIVE

As EHS Engineer, person would be responsible for implementing the Environment, Health & Safety measures at sites as per the IMS manual. He would prepare EHS plan for the activities planned at site, conduct EHS training & inspection to ensure safety standard at site. He would also ensure compliance to legal requirements. Create awareness of safety amongst staffs at site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Facilitate in establishing EHS requirements at workplace.
• Ensure the implementation of the EHS Management System and norms as per the IMS manual.
• Preparing and updating Project EHS Plan.
• Identify the training needs, plan and impart training to staff, visitor, subcontractor & workmen at site. • Investigate incident trends & initiate necessary corrective & preventive actions at sites.
• Conducting periodical Site EHS Inspections and report the finding for corrective action.
• Review & appraise the site EHS performance and facilitate for improvement.
• rganize campaigns, competitions & other special emphasis programs to promote EHS at workplace, Verify the quality of PPES & Safety gadgets Monitor the evaluation of compliance to legal requirements as identified by the Cluster EHS Manager at the prescribed frequence

QA/QC ENGINEERS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:

Diploma / B.E. – Civil.

EXPERIENCE:

4-8 years Exp. in QA/QC activities in Construction of Renewable project & handling QMS Management functions in Construction Projects.

OBJECTIVE:

Constant endeavor to improve quality of work being carried out at site. To lead the Quality function and implement Quality Assurance & Control plan at site. Effective handling of client inspections and closing of complaints if any on tome. Ensure quality of materials received at site as per project requirements. Conduct training to supervisors & subcontractors on construction activities work procedure. Also to ensure that all test equipment are calibrated and suitable for at site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Conduct inspection, test and quality checks to ensure the works executed are as per approved drawing and work procedures/method statements.
• Identify Risks & opportunities, plan & implement mitigation for risks going to affect quality
• Follow up for Corrective & risk mitigation on non-conformity.
• Interface with project team and client towards inspection and resolution of quality issues including raising NAR (Non Acceptance Report) and NCR (Non Compliance Report) and follow up for closure on time
• Implement & monitor all QMS (Quality Management System) related activities.
• Share regular update on quality deviation at site and take necessary corrective and preventive actions for further improvement.
• Maintain all QA/QC related documentation of project like Audit reports, site inspection, tests, cube test, pH of water, test results. NAR/ NCR. site observations, training etc

CONTRACT ENGINEERS / ADMINISTRATORS CIVIL ENGINEERING

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering At Least 6 years’ experience and above
• Knowledge of contractual correspondence and drafting Agreement and commercial aspects of the project. Currently working as contract
• Administrator/Engineer for the last 3 years. Willing to work at Neom
• Must be Fluent in English.
