JOB DESCRIPTION

TASKS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 

1)       Receive shipments and ensure both quality and quantity

2)       Interact with third party logistics service providers

3)       Audit freight cost and documentation.

4)       Ensure accuracy of all inventories.

5)       Create packing lists and update shipment information in database.

6)       Organize files both manually and electronically.

7)       Monitor and facilitate repair orders.

8)       Coordinate deliveries for returned items.

9)       Ensure that the warehouse has sufficient space for incoming deliveries.

10)   Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged.

11)   Reconcile hand receipts.

12)   Manage warehouse security related work such as preparing badges, passes and identification cards.

13)   Ensure regular supply of AMDS, lab chemicals, reagents, drugs and RDTs to health centers on regular basis so that there are no Stock outs.

14)   Maintain tracking mechanism of Stock at Health Facility level.

15)   Fleet, assets and inventory management at district level & health facility level.

16)   Provide support in monthly meeting to District Coordinator and to ensure that the facility stock register is properly updated and maintained.

17)   Produce monthly & quarterly reports of AMD’s & lab reagents including expiry calendars, temperature and humidity records

18)   Generate demand for AMD’s & lab reagents as and when required on the basis of consumption Report (Health & District Ware House)

19)   Maintain record section in in warehouse comprising of old bin cards folders, old stock registers, temperature and expiry calendars, demands folders, way bill In and Out folders or any other record relevant to supply chain management.

20)   Disposal of damaged items as per SOPs or identify slow moving items for timely utilization & rotation.

21)   Manage the quarantine section of warehouse for short expiry and expired stock.

22)   Any other task as assigned by supervisor.
