Job Description

Qualification & Competencies:

The candidate must possess an MBA/MPA/BBA preferably in Human Resource Management and should have sharp business acumen and proven skills in talent acquisition. The candidate must have high degree of integrity, cultural awareness as well as in-depth understanding of human behavior. Should have expertise in talent acquisition and must possess skills to source top-notch candidates for the company. The position requires candidates with exposure to SAP and knowledge of MS Office products.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years relevant experience of determining job requirements, screening candidates, and forecasting hiring needs along with promotion of our company’s brand with recruitment initiatives and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.
  • Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.
  • Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portal and LinkedIn, when required.
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it. Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
  • Managing end to end hiring process.
  • Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
  • Compiling interview questions and conducting in-person or video call interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process.
