overall responsibilities:

  1. R&R and Spare Parts Management
    1. Spare Parts Management – Managing Budget and Ordering of Spares and issuance of POs.
    2. Inventory Management & Effective Utilization of Spares Parts NWD
    3. R&R Tracking with vendor- end-to-end R&R processes to support Network Operations
    4. Fault rate analysis- To analyze performance of product on basis of fault rate
  2. Contract Management
    1. Ensure that the contracts with vendors are implemented to their full extent and all clauses are being exercised. Leakages, extra cost to be checked and resolved
    2. Contractual Liquidities are implemented ensuring vendor performance is not impacted
    3. Implement contract practice standards, operating procedures and systems that enable the broader team to scale and work more efficiently and effectively.
    4. Recommend contract improvements for customer contracts to reap maximum energy efficiency and profitability
    5. Ensuring all contract documentation is up to date
    6. Identifying, Creating, and presenting process improvement reports.
  3. Support Functions
    1. Preparation of Comprehensive Technical Proposals of Solar RFP, DC Power systems RFQ and other small projects.
    2. Present adhoc and scheduled reports and analysis for higher management reviews.
    3. Post deployment Products Performance Analysis including Renewable solutions (Solar), Remote Monitoring Systems (RMS), Rectifier Systems, Batteries ( DC Systems) and Gensets to improve its operational efficiency.
    4. Preparation of Network Energy Margin and Profit Report and Coordination with Commercial and Finance.
    5. Preparation and putting up of Business cases with energy modeling aligned with commercial profitability
    6. Scanning of network energy model for upgrading in solar, battery, DG replacements
