Job Profile/ Specifications:

•    Capable of prioritizing and monitoring emails, mails, phone calls and follow-up actions
•    Able to use Microsoft Office applications and cloud-based online services and capable of preparing presentations
•    Capable of maintaining filing systems, maintaining confidentiality of documents
•    Able to prepare logs, archive and maintain data effectively for easy retrieval
•    Capable of handling routine office correspondence and administrative matters
•    Able to handle routine departmental matters as required by the function
•    Capable of interacting with other departments effectively
•    Able to provide efficient secretarial assistance to the function

Required Qualification & Experience:

Graduate from a reputable local or foreign institution/ university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan with at least 7 years of experience, including minimum 4 years as an executive secretary to a functional head. Candidates having working experience in oil and gas sector would be preferred. The position is only for woman.

Job Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for providing secretarial services and administrative support to ensure efficient operations of department/function. The job holder will be responsible for maintaining confidential files/ dossiers and regular follow-ups on departmental correspondence and scheduling official meetings
