• Capable of drafting and negotiating contracts with government and private parties as well as providing legal advice to management at every stage of its business to protect the company’s interests
• Able to draft sales, pricing and other commercial agreements / documents related to supply of hydrocarbons
• Capable of supervising litigation pending in various courts and judicial forums to safeguard company’s commercial interests and legal rights
• Possess strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s in Law with a postgraduate degree from a reputable local or foreign institution/ university recognized by the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan together with at least 6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law in a reputable organization or law firm
The position is responsible for providing legal services & support to facilitate smooth company operations with applicable national & international laws & regulations relevant to oil and gas industry, as well as professional standards and accepted business practices.
