The primary responsibility of the CFO is to prepare and implement financial strategy, policies and procedures, and financial controls framework to ensure the achievement of institution-wise financial objectives, controls, and financial stability. The person will ensure internal controls are effectively in place and functional. He/she will also ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations. The incumbent will be Finance functions including Accounting and General Ledger, Financial/Management/Regulatory reporting, Forecast and Budgeting, Accounts Payable and Receivable, Annual/periodic audits facilitation, Taxation, Finance systems, Funds Management and Treasury.
Job Title: Human Resource Manager
Career Level: Minimum 5 Year Experience Education: MBA/MSC in HR Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization Maintain pay plan and benefits program Managing the recruitment and selection process. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
