FMCL an ISO-Certified Company engaged in the specialized fields of operations, maintenance and management of corporate edifices is looking for a highly qualified and dynamic individual for the position of Manager (Finance & Accounts) for its office situated in Karachi. The incumbent will be responsible for:
a) Overall supervision of the Finance and Accounts Department including provision of resources, payments to suppliers/contractors, recoveries and follow-ups etc.
b) Plan, manage, organize, direct, coordinate and control Accounting; Budgeting, Taxation and Audit Requirements of the Company in accordance with FMCL policies and accepted principles and practices.
c) Monitoring day to day financial operations of the Company.
d) Preparation and review of periodic and annual accounts under IFRSS.
e) Tax compliance & related reporting
f) Preparation of Schedules for External Auditors
g) Coordination with External Auditors, Internal Auditors, Banks & Regulatory Authorities.
h) Preparation of Company wide Budgeting and Forecasting.
Education & Experience: CA Finalist (CFAP Qualified)/ ACCA Qualified/ACMA with 6 years relevant and post- qualification experience. Up-to 35 years of age.
