The university of Okara was established under Government of the Punjab Act, 2016 (XIII). Currently there are about 22,000 students and more than 400 faculty/staff members.Â
The University of Okara requires the services of Financial Consultant purely on monthly consultancy fee basis under section 46 of PPRA rules on the following terms and conditions.

Qualification/Experience
MBA (Finance) F.C.M.A/F.C.A with 12 years relevant experience in Public sector organization, preferably in public sector university H.E.I. The Financial Consultant will advise on the following:
- Budgeting,
- Funds & Cash Flow Management,
- Procurement,
- Financial Controls & Discipline,
- Audit Advice,
- Training & Capacity Building of staff,
- Financial Reporting,
- Project Financing,
