Description
- Identification of Marvi Workers as per criteria.
- Conduct awareness sessions on MNCH-related problems and family planning.
- Conduct 4 days of initial training for Marvi workers.
- Participate in Women Group Meeting (WGM), conducted by Marvi workers.
- Service provision (FP and RH Services) to the clients at the doorstep.
- Follow up of the clients (Injectable and IUCD).
- Referral Linkage in Tube ligation to a health care facility (public and private.)
- Real-time monitoring and supervision of Marvi workers.
- Ensure the supply and demand of Marvi workers.
- Ensure timely stipend of Marvi workers with the support of DEM, and DFM.
- On job session of Marvi workers to improve their knowledge.
- Ensure Marvi workers MIS maintenance.
- Continuous oversight of all project activities and tasks on a daily basis.
- Preparation of weekly updates and monthly updates for quick assessment of performance.
- Verification and Record-Keeping of clients generated at Private Clinics.
- Community mobilization & advocacy.
- Achieve the targets timely.
- Any other duty as assigned by immediate supervisor.
