Manager, Digital Transformation
The Digital Transformation Manager will be responsible for reviewing the existing internal business systems/processes and propose and manage digital improvements. This is a newly created role and will report to the Head of Digital Transformation.
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in helping clients transform their organisations in response to the impact of digital disruption on their business, taking leadership roles from business development through to delivery.
- In possession of extensive digital knowledge: from strategy throughout customer journey, brand and marketing, social, mobile, technical, analytical and security domains.
- A trusted adviser, with a track record of advising senior executives on executing digital transformation within organisation’s business units and corporate umbrella.
- An experienced delivery leader, able to help EFERT’s digital transformation programs with a successful track record of delivering digital transformation projects.
- Good understanding of the technology domains relevant to digital transformation, in one or more industries.
- Experienced in working through the business and operating model implications of digital transformation on the organisation, and in implementing successful business change.
- Accomplished in building effective relationships with third-party delivery organisations through the process of sourcing, selecting, contracting and managing engagements with outsourced suppliers.
- A confident and impactful communicator, both written and verbal, able to clearly explain digital ideas to non-technical audiences, and business concepts and goals to technical audiences; and a successful business development leader, able to successfully pursue new opportunities, and sell on.
- Review existing internal business processes and identify areas of improvement.
- Keep up to date with digital trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 12 years of industry experience in Digital Transformation.
- Ideally educated to master’s degree level or equivalent.
- Degree in Computer Science/Computing in Information System/Data Science & Analytics or Digital/Technology related relevant discipline.
- Consulting experience, through a leading professional services or systems integration background is a plus.
- Proven experience in shaping and leading technology-enabled, digital transformation initiatives.
- Track record of working with senior client executives in advisory and delivery roles.
- A range of experience in hardware, operating systems, software and application development, ERP/CRM systems, platform integration and API.
- At least 5 years’ experience as a Digital Transformation lead.
- Well versed in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, robotics process automation, sensors, cloud computing, open-source, etc.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and spoken) to demonstrate clear interpretation and presentation of results to various stakeholders.
